By accessing BatchLane — including the public marketplace, buyer portal, supplier portal, commission agent portal, and logistics partner portal — you agree to these terms on behalf of your business entity.

Platform role

BatchLane provides listing, discovery, negotiation, order, and logistics coordination tools. We are a technology marketplace, not the seller of record unless explicitly stated on a specific transaction document.

Account responsibilities

• Provide accurate business, GST, and contact information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Comply with applicable Indian trade, tax, and export regulations
• Do not list counterfeit, restricted, or prohibited goods

Transactions

Prices, MOQs, delivery timelines, and payment terms are agreed between buyers and suppliers. BatchLane may facilitate record-keeping, invoicing templates, and logistics assignment but does not guarantee fulfilment unless covered by a separate written agreement.

Partner programmes

Suppliers, commission agents, and logistics partners are subject to onboarding, approval, and ongoing compliance review. BatchLane may suspend accounts for policy violations, fraud risk, or repeated disputes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BatchLane is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from trades between users. Platform availability is provided on a commercially reasonable basis.
